There were funky China men from funky Chinatown
They were chopping them up, they were chopping them down
It's an ancient Chinese art, and everybody knew their part
From a feint into a slip and a kicking from the hip
Everybody was Kung Fu fighting (huh!)
Those cats were fast as lightning
In fact, it was a little bit frightening (hey, yeah)
But they fought with expert timing
There was funky Billy Chin, and little Sammy Chung
He said, "Here comes the big boss, let's get it on"
We took a bow and made a stand, started swaying with the hand
A sudden motion made me skip, now we're into a brand-new trip

Fill a clay cup with fresh, clean water.
Add one tablespoon of salt into the water while making the sign of the cross (or focusing your intention).
Carry the cup through every room and space in the house, sprinkling a little water while saying:
May this salt burn away misfortune.
May this salt dissolve all troubles.
As the salt dissolves in the water,
so may sorrows dissolve,
and joy may come into this home.
After blessing the entire house, place the cup outside the home.
Put a spoon inside the cup and leave it there until all the water has evaporated.

Do the symbol of the cross on the forehead of the afflicted. Dip the sprig in the water and sprinkle the forehead.
Say:
One evil eye,
two eyes on evil,
evil eyes, go away.
Three eyes remove the spell,
they drive the evil far away.
Say the prayer three times. Spit three times. The rue sprigs have absorbed the evil. You should dispose of them by burying them in the earth away from your home or by casting them into running water (river or sea).

Take a string that has been dipped in the husband’s semen.
Tie nine knots in the string. With each knot, recite:
I, …, daughter of …,
bind you …, son of …
I bind your anger, I bind your temper,
I bind your love, I bind your seed.
Into each knot, place a seed or flower of cotton to soften his nature.
Pass the entire string through powdered henbane.
Seal the string tightly inside a small bottle.
Bury the bottle near the home, so that the earth may hold down and bury the husband’s difficult character.
